Privacy Policy

Predict of Legendsis a free prediction game. We collect the minimum we need to run accounts, picks, and leaderboards. We don't sell your data, we don't run third-party advertising, and guest play stores picks only on your own device.

• Account data — your email address (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase), username, and optional display name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile from Google.
• Game data — your predictions, bracket picks, virtual coin balance and transaction history, rewards, and leaderboard standings.
• Technical data — authentication cookies needed to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type) kept briefly for security and debugging.
• Campaign attribution — if an account is created from a link containing standard UTM campaign fields, we save those sanitized fields once as that account's first-touch source after authentication. We do not create an anonymous visitor ID or use attribution cookies, beacons, or cross-site tracking.
• On your device only — guest picks and interface preferences are stored in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us until you choose to import them into an account.

• Contract — running your account, saving picks, settling results, and showing leaderboards.
• Legitimate interest — keeping the Service secure, preventing cheating and abuse, and fixing bugs, plus understanding in aggregate which campaigns lead authenticated players to use the game.
• Consent — anything optional we may add later (such as product analytics or emails) will be disclosed and, where required, asked for separately.

We use only functional cookies set by our authentication provider to keep your session active. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL database and authentication) and the app is hosted on Vercel. Usernames and leaderboard standings are visible to other players; your email is never shown publicly.

Account and game data are kept while your account exists. If you delete your account, your profile, picks, wallet, and transactions are deleted. Server logs are retained only briefly for security purposes.

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR if you are in the EU/EEA), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights — including full account deletion — email support@predictoflegends.com. We respond within 30 days. You can also update your username and display name any time from your profile page.

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way — for example, if we add analytics — we will update this page and announce it in the app before the change takes effect.
