Terms of Service

Predict of Legends("the Service") is a free-to-play prediction game for League of Legends esports. You make predictions on match outcomes and tournament brackets using virtual coins and points.

This is not gambling. There are no deposits, no withdrawals, no purchases, and no prizes with monetary value. Coins and points exist only inside the Service, have no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred for money or anything of value. The Service is provided for entertainment only.

You can use parts of the Service without an account ("guest play"); guest picks are stored only on your device. Creating an account is free and lets you earn coins, appear on leaderboards, and sync picks across devices.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up and may not impersonate others or use offensive usernames. One account per person.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts, or automation to make predictions or interact with the Service;
• exploit bugs, manipulate settlement, or abuse multiple accounts to gain coins or leaderboard positions;
• interfere with the Service's operation, security, or other players' use of it.

We may adjust balances, void predictions, or suspend or delete accounts that violate fair play, at our discretion.

Seasonal prizes. From time to time we may award physical or digital prizes (such as merchandise or exclusive cosmetics) to top players on the seasonal skill leaderboard. Prizes are limited to one prize per physical person per season. Winners may be asked to verify their identity before a prize is shipped. Accounts found to be duplicated, coordinated, or otherwise in breach of fair play are disqualified from prizes and may be removed from the leaderboard. Prizes are discretionary gifts in a free-to-play game — no purchase, payment, or wager is ever required to play or to win.

Match schedules and results come from third-party esports data sources and are settled automatically or by our admins. We work to settle markets accurately, but data feeds can be wrong or delayed. If a result cannot be reliably determined or a match is cancelled, we may void the market; voided picks do not count toward records or Skill Rating. Settlement decisions are final.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or the accuracy of match data, odds of winning, or leaderboard standings. Virtual coin balances may be adjusted to correct errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Because the Service is free and coins have no monetary value, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service — which is zero.

League of Legends and all related assets are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. Predict of Legends is a fan-made project and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Riot Games. All other content of the Service (design, code, copy) belongs to us or our licensors.

You can stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Virtual coins and rewards are forfeited on termination and are never compensated.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
